A vascular headache from the blood vessels that dilate the brain is commonly known to all as Migraines. Not all women get migraines during pregnancy but women who are prone to a migraine before pregnancy can suffer from stronger headaches. It can also be accompanied by vomiting and nausea. Some pregnant women can also have a fever due to a migraine. Many experiences blurred vision. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
