Try out these home remedies:
Drink lukewarm water before going to bed at night and after waking up in the morning. This will also improve the bowel system.
Eat 3 to 4 basil leaves after boiling in a cup of water.
Drink cold milk
Jaggery or Gur is best for digestion.
Cinnamon is actually the powerhouse of nutrients. This has acidity benefitting properties in it.
Have you tried buttermilk? Put some black pepper and coriander leaves to get the best results.
Cloves are good remedies of acidity. Add cloves in your food items. You can also have crushed clove and cardamom together.
Roast cumin seeds. Add it to a glass of water. Drink it after a meal.
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties to fight acidity.
Coconut water helps to get rid of acidity and promotes digestion.
Drink pineapple juice with a pinch of salt in it.
Do you love vegetable raita? Make it with tomatoes, cucumber coriander, and roasted cumin to fight acid reflux.
Take raw almonds. Do not soak them in water.
Have lemon water before any meal. This promotes digestion too.
The fiber in papaya helps fighting acidity.
Eat one banana every day to avoid acidity based discomforts.
