This is what exactly 'Bihanga' is doing for the past
few years. This is a Kolkata based NGO and they beautifully cater to the needs
of the differently able kids. They train them and motivate to be a part of the
greater society. In order to offer them, a prospect 'Bihanga' organizes this
annual gala event s9o they these children can showcase their hidden talent and
gain confidence. Moreover, the parent of these kids also enjoys seeing their
This year was not an exception. On 25th
May 2019, Bihanga organized their annual program at Indumati Sabhagriha, South
Kolkata. The show was inaugurated by a song and followed by synthesizer playing
and narrative by a famous transgender orator. The dance performance by the group
deserves special mention.
According to their trainer, it is a beautiful experience
to be a part of them and cater to their demands. They require special care and
love and they are confident to reach the zenith in no time. The best part is to
see these kids enjoying their togetherness and celebration.
For most of us, it is a thought that these kids are
difficult to manage and they have mood swings quite often. However, their trainer
shows some different views. Their viewpoints and attitude are different, they
get angry pretty often but they mix with the so-called normal people quite
happily, and there lies the achievement.
