1.Must begin all your classes with a good warm up and stretching exercises
2.Must undergo a hardcore cardio session
3.Learn to deliver kicks and punches without applying your body power in the beginning.
4.Once you start improving your techniques,start using your power
5.Equal concentration must be given on the boxing and the kicking techniques
6.Regular light sparring will increase the efficiency level
7.Never try to learn every technique at the same time.Be patient and keep on learning.
8.Lastly one should focus on the fitness level and daily exercise for atleast 30 min is a must
